Concurrently, Brian is working with RDO Equipment Co., which represents and sells John Deere and Sakai construction equipment, since March of 2006 as Account Manager for North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. From August 2003 to February 2006, Brian worked with ESS Corp./Future Equipment as an Account Manager representing and selling Case construction and agricultural equipment. Brian employs a revolutionary approach to selling equipment and enjoys the challenge of keeping his clients machinery utilized efficiently. Brian is a lifetime member of the ASAA (American Society of Agricultural Appraisers), and has been classified & testified as an Equipment Expert Witness in Federal Bankruptcy Court in Oklahoma.
In January of 1996, Brian moved to Oklahoma to partner with Sooner Lift, Inc., consisting of 4 retail locations and 120 employees. Selling and servicing agricultural, construction and material handling equipment in the capacity of Vice President and General Manager where he conducted extensive competitive analysis and successfully achieved targeted objectives.
Brian is a dedicated American citizen who served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64) and was honorably discharged in 1990. Brian has been married 13 years to the love of his life who God has chosen to partner with him in raising their three wonderful children.

Also, Srik led decision support systems and data mining projects for companies such as Bank of America, BNSF Railroad, and NationsBank.

In his roles at CBS Radio and MTV Networks, Rajiv Lulla designed and implemented long-term strategies to create and launch next generation entertainment products and distribution models that capitalize on emerging technologies such as mobile, wireless, streaming and broadband. He oversaw the design and implementation of a unified Web-based platform for over 175 CBS radio stations. Most recently Rajiv has been the Senior Vice President at Nexstar Broadcasting Group, and responsible for developing the conceptual framework and business model and implementing the operating infrastructure of Nexstar's technology-based operations at 50 TV stations distributed over 29 US DMAs and 11 states.
