Brian K. McGahey
Founder & CEO, eqEarth Inc.

For more then 20 years, Brian K. McGahey has owned, sold and managed heavy equipment and related services. A seasoned, accredited professional, Brian brings actionable equipment insights to the social networking platform. Presently Brian remains Founder & CEO of Equipment Experts, Inc. which was established in May of 2003 and offers Federally Certified Personal Property Appraisals, among other services. Concurrently, Brian is working with RDO Equipment Co., which represents and sells John Deere and Sakai construction equipment, since March of 2006 as Account Manager for North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. From August 2003 to February 2006, Brian worked with ESS Corp./Future Equipment as an Account Manager representing and selling Case construction and agricultural equipment. Brian employs a revolutionary approach to selling equipment and enjoys the challenge of keeping his clients machinery utilized efficiently. Brian is a lifetime member of the ASAA (American Society of Agricultural Appraisers), and has been classified & testified as an Equipment Expert Witness in Federal Bankruptcy Court in Oklahoma.

In January of 1996, Brian moved to Oklahoma to partner with Sooner Lift, Inc., consisting of 4 retail locations and 120 employees. Selling and servicing agricultural, construction and material handling equipment in the capacity of Vice President and General Manager where he conducted extensive competitive analysis and successfully achieved targeted objectives.

Brian is a dedicated American citizen who served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64) and was honorably discharged in 1990. Brian has been married 13 years to the love of his life who God has chosen to partner with him in raising their three wonderful children.

Srikanth ("Srik") P. Soogoor
Co-Founder & Chairman, eqEarth Inc.

Srik's ability to envision, analyze and evangelize the impact of social networks and search engine technologies has been a major driver in founding eqEarth. Prior to founding eqEarth, Srik was the Co-Founder and CEO of InventX Inc., an enterprise project and portfolio management software company, from 1998 to 2005, when InventX, Inc. (Richardson, TX) was acquired by Cranes Software International (BSE: CRANES). Srik is also the Founder & CEO of Encentis Technologies, Inc. Encentis Technologies is a leading consulting and IT services company offering a wide range of customizable solutions for key vertical and horizontal markets.

From 1993 to 1997, Srik worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies, in various capacities as a Project Manager and Project Leader. He was the Lead Project Manager for Northrop Grumman's Commercial Aircraft Division's Manufacturing Execution System enterprise application. Also, Srik led decision support systems and data mining projects for companies such as Bank of America, BNSF Railroad, and NationsBank.

Srik is also a Founder & CEO of Visvo, Inc. ( a next generation search engine company.

Srik is a Founder & CEO of TickerWise, Inc. ( a world premier investment and social networking platform for investors - ranging from day-traders to financial institutions to sovereign wealth funds.

Srik holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Srik also holds US Patents in the field of Search Engine and Distributed Architecture technologies.

Rajiv N. Lulla
Board member, eqEarth Inc.

Digital Media Executive with a strong record of success defining strategy and implementing vision in the music and broadcast industry. Recognized for building mutually beneficial relationships between the content, technology and telecom communities to deliver on the promise of convergence in the digital decade. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with strategic and tactical solutions and in leading virtual teams with cross-organizational objectives.


Rajiv brings to eqEarth an impressive track record in new media at Viacom's CBS Radio and MTV Networks. Mr. Lulla joined Viacom Inc. in 1999 and ascended to senior management positions at CBS Radio and MTV Networks. In 2003 he was named Director, Strategy and New Business Development and since 2004 he has held the position of Vice President Business Development and New Media Opportunities. In his roles at CBS Radio and MTV Networks, Rajiv Lulla designed and implemented long-term strategies to create and launch next generation entertainment products and distribution models that capitalize on emerging technologies such as mobile, wireless, streaming and broadband. He oversaw the design and implementation of a unified Web-based platform for over 175 CBS radio stations. Most recently Rajiv has been the Senior Vice President at Nexstar Broadcasting Group, and responsible for developing the conceptual framework and business model and implementing the operating infrastructure of Nexstar's technology-based operations at 50 TV stations distributed over 29 US DMAs and 11 states.

With degrees in Chemical, Petroleum and Process engineering as well as Marketing and Finance, Lulla has a diverse professional and academic background having attended Stanford, Columbia, Harvard as well as several universities in his home country of India. Lulla, his wife and two children live in Texas and have never met a dog they didn't like. When not working, Rajiv is a amateur oil painter and XBox fanatic.
