Cody S Hastings

Cody's 28 years of business experience in Service, Sales and Marketing has uniquely prepared him with a strategic skill set. In 1987, Cody was an early pioneer in the use of video inspection reports for construction machinery. He developed several successful methods of marketing Used Equipment during his 16 years with the Caterpillar dealer, Darr Equipment Co. Using the techniques he developed, he personally sold over $3 million in used construction machinery in 1996.

In 1997, Cody took a break from the heavy equipment world. He and his family spent a year serving the peoples of Bolivia, South America as a volunteer with the BMA of America.

In subsequent years, Cody started and operated Mission Mechanical, a heavy equipment repair company in Arkansas. Upon selling his company, he relocated to Springfield, Missouri. There he completed training and was licensed as a REALTOR. During this time he began honing his internet sales and marketing skills. Through his experiences with affiliate marketing he gained the knowledge to build, lead and motivate dynamic sales teams.

His ability to lead others and inspire them to greatness has given him success in his current position at C&O Equipment. As Service Manager he has set company records in Service Sales volume and profitability. In October 2007, the Service department, under his leadership, raised the bar above his predecessors best by 42%.

Cody and his wife, Glee, currently reside in the Los Colinas area of Irving, Texas.

Glee's career in the marketing and promotions industry has equipped her with a creative blend of tactical and innovative techniques that she brings to planning, project management, print production, execution and budget management.

Glee received her BS Business & Marketing degree in 2004. She accepted a position as Assistant Production Manager for Harwood Marketing Group in Addison, TX. At Harwood, her responsibilities included the marketing process from idea conception, planning, creative development, production and execution. In June of 2005, Glee was promoted to Production Manager. She personally developed an uncompromising system to ensure quality of products, timely distribution and keeping costs within forecasted budgets. During her tenure with Harwood her clients included: Kimberly-Clark, Corona, Kraft-Nabisco, Schwan's Bakery, Cargill Meats and Cricket Communications.

Currently, Glee is an Account Manager at The Wilson Group in Dallas, TX for Sara Lee. She executes in-store marketing programs, national events, manages project budgets, coordinates photo shoots and produces point-of-sale for both the Sweet Goods and Deli division of Sara Lee. Glee is the acting liason with retailers: Wal-Mart, Kroger, Albertsons, Meijer, Food Lion and Military Commissary locations both nationally and internationally.
