Concurrently, Brian remains Founder & CEO of Equipment Experts, Inc. which was established in May of 2003 and offers Federally Certified Personal Property Appraisals, among other consulting services.
Brian worked with RDO Equipment Co., which represents and sells John Deere and Sakai construction equipment, from March of 2006 to July 2009 as Account Manager for the North Texas and Southern Oklahoma markets. From August 2003 to February 2006, Brian worked with ESS Corp./Future Equipment now Hi-way Equipment as an Account Manager representing and selling Case construction and agricultural equipment in the North Texas and Southern Oklahoma markets. Brian employs a revolutionary approach to selling equipment and enjoys the challenge of keeping his clients machinery utilized efficiently. Brian is a lifetime member of the ASAA (American Society of Agricultural Appraisers), and has been classified & testified as an Equipment Expert Witness in Federal Bankruptcy Court in Oklahoma.
In January of 1996, Brian moved to Oklahoma to partner with Sooner Lift, Inc., consisting of 4 retail locations and 120 employees. Selling and servicing agricultural, construction (New Holland & Kubota) and material handling equipment (Clark, Crown, Daewoo, Komatsu, Ottawa & Taylor Dunn) in the capacity of Vice President and General Manager where he conducted extensive competitive analysis and successfully achieved targeted objectives.
Brian is a dedicated American citizen who served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64) and was honorably discharged in 1990.
Srik's ability to envision, analyze and evangelize the impact of social networks and search engine technologies has been a major driver in founding eqEarth. Prior to founding eqEarth, Srik was the Co-Founder and CEO of InventX Inc., an enterprise project and portfolio management software company, from 1998 to 2005, when InventX, Inc. (Richardson, TX) was acquired by Cranes Software International (BSE: CRANES). Srik is also the Founder & CEO of Encentis Technologies, Inc. Encentis Technologies is a leading consulting and IT services company offering a wide range of customizable solutions for key vertical and horizontal markets.
From 1993 to 1997, Srik worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies, in various capacities as a Project Manager and Project Leader. He was the Lead Project Manager for Northrop Grumman's Commercial Aircraft Division's Manufacturing Execution System enterprise application. Also, Srik led decision support systems and data mining projects for companies such as Bank of America, BNSF Railroad, and NationsBank.
Srik is also a Founder & CEO of Visvo, Inc. (www.visvo.com) a next generation search engine company.
Srik holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Srik also holds US Patents in the field of Search Engine and Distributed Architecture technologies.
Prior to joining eqEarth, Pat served as Vice President, Strategic Alliances, for InventX from 2003 to 2005. From 2000 to 2002, Pat served as Chief Information Officer for Applied Micro Circuits Corp (San Diego, CA), where he managed a budget of $11 million and a staff of 40 IT professionals. From 1996 to 2000, Pat was employed by Texas Instruments as Director of Product Development Systems and Director, Information Systems, where he was responsible for various software applications and product development functions. From 1990 to 1996, Pat was Director, Information Technology for Silicon Systems (Tustin, CA). From 1980 to 1990, Pat was a Principal at Arthur Young and senior manager at Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young.

Pat holds a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA from Emory University. He served as a captain in the US Air Force and was stationed in Germany, Viet Nam and HQ Strategic Air Command.
